Appraisal Trainee, Post Education, Core Law, Supervisor/Trainee Roles & Relationships, Continuing Education classes, 15 hour National USPAP, 7 hour National USPAP, and Certified Appraisal State Exam Prep Course.

Certified Residential Appraisers must complete 30 hours of CE before the end of November including 3 hours of Core Law, 7 hours of National USPAP and 3 hours of Supervisor/Trainee Roles and Relationships.

Appraisal Trainees must also have the above mentioned 30 hours of CE, however Post Education is required by the second renewal period.

If you are interested in becoming an appraiser, the first step is to get your Appraisal Trainee License.  The classes you need are Basic Appraisal Principles, Procedures, 15 hours of National USPAP and Residential Site & Cost Approach.
