Refunds/Transfers: Once a student begins the Online course, there will not be
any refund.
However, if a student
begins the Online course and feels they would prefer a classroom taught course
the student may TRANSFER into the next available class, or any course offered
within one year for a fee. Student
must complete course within one year. This fee will include the current classroom book.
None of the time spent in the Online course will be counted
towards the classroom based course.
Retaking
the Test:
If a student fails the end of course exam they must wait at least 30 days
and retake another final exam. The
student will have access to their course so that they may review until they
click onto the second final exam. Once
the student passes OR takes the second final exam the course will deactivate
itself from the system. If the
student fails the second final exam they will need to either sign back up for
the Online course and pay the full amount OR sign up for a classroom based
course.
