Sales Associate Requirements
You must attend the 63 hour course and complete the course examination with a 70% or better. Then you must take a state examination and pass it with a 75% or better. In order to take the state examination for pre-licensing sales, you must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or the equivalency.
Prior to a Associates first license renewal (18 - 24 months after your license has been issued), a 45 hour Post License course must be taken which includes an exam that must be passed with a 75% or better.

course: $329 DAY CLASS hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
